For n cells connected in series
Eeq=nE And, req=nr
So, Current(I)=nEnr+R
Now,
For n cells connected in parallel
Eeq=n And, req=rn

So, Current(I)=nE(rn+R)
But I=I
nEnr+R =En(rn+R)

nEnr+R =nEnR+r
r=R
Therefore, C is correct option.
