$X_L=\omega L=100\times 80\times {10}^{-3}=8\Omega$

$X_C=\frac{1}{\omega C}=\frac{1}{100\times 250\times {10}^{-6}}\Omega$

$=40\Omega$

Total Impedence (Z) =$X_C-X_L$

$=32\Omega$

$I_{rms}=\frac{240}{32}=A=7.5A$

Average power consumed=0

(As there is no ohmic resistance in the current)
