The correct option is B I=0,VC=V
When the steady state is reached , no current flows in the circuit as capacitors are charged now ,therefore voltage drop across the resistors becomes (as current in resistors is zero) , and voltage VC , across capacitor C1 equalises the battery emf, which is V .i.e. I=0,VC=V
