The correct option is B 53R
We can see from the given circuit , that R3 and R4 are in series , therefore equivalent resistance
R=R+R=2R
now , R and R2 are in parallel , therefore equivalent resistance
R′′=R×2RR+2R=2R/3
since R1 and R′′ are in series , therefore final equivalent resistance
R′′′=2R/3+R=5R/3
