As the garden is in the shape of a circle.

Therefore,

Diameter of garden $=28m\left(\text{Given}\right)$

$\Rightarrow$ Radius of garden $\left(r\right)=\frac{28}{2}=14m$

As we know that circumference of the circle is given by-

Circumference $=2\pi r$

where as, $r$ is the radius of circle.

Therefore,

Circumference of garden $=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 14=88m$

For $3$ round of fence,

Length of wire required $=3\times 88=264m$

Given that the cost of wire is $Rs.30\text{per m}$

Therefore,

Cost of wire $=30\times 264=Rs.7920$.

Hence the length of wire required is $264m$ and the cost of required wire will be $Rs.7920$.
