$=1\times t_t\times \frac{f_u}{\sqrt{3}{\gamma }_{mw}}$

$=4.2\times \frac{410}{\sqrt{3}\times 1.25}=795.36N/mm$

Total length of weld provided
$=\pi \times 200$
$=628.32mm$

Maximum twisting moment
$=(795.36\times 628.32\times {10}^{-3})\times \frac{0.200}{2}kN-m$
$=49.97kN-m$
