Solve for the running speed of Elena

Given that,

A circular running track is $\frac{1}{4}mile$ long i.e. $\mathrm{D}=\frac{1}{4}\mathrm{mile}$.

Elena completes each lap in $\frac{1}{20}$ of an hour i.e. $\mathrm{T}=\frac{1}{20}hour$.

We know that formula of speed $\left(\mathrm{S}\right)=\frac{\mathrm{D}}{\mathrm{T}}$, where $\mathrm{D}$ is distance and $\mathrm{T}$ is time .
