Volume of tank = Volume of embankment

$π (1)^{2} h_{1} = π h_{2} (3^{2} - 1^{2})$

$h_{1} = 1.6 (8)$

$∴ h_{1} = 12.8$ cm

Depth of circular tank is $12.8$ cm
