Length of wire =2πr=2π×0.1=0.2π m

This length is equal to the length of the arc of the larger circle radius
=1 m

Length of arc =θ3600×2π×r (Where θ is the angle subtended at the center)

Therefore,
θ3600×2π×1=0.2π
θ3600=0.1
θ=360
θ=360×π1800
θ=π5 radian
