Circumference of circle $=2\pi r=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 42=264$
Perimeter of rectangle $=$ Circumference of circle (Given)

and side of rectangle $6:5$ ratio
Then $2(l+b)=2(5x+6x)$
$\Rightarrow 2(5x+6x)=22x=264$
Or $x=12$
Then smaller side of rectangle $=5\times 12=60cm$
