Given - uncertainity in 1 sec 1×108sec
Since a the least count of the clock is 1sec
for 1 second we get an errors of 1×108sec for n seconds we get an errors of n×108sec.
we need to find How many seconds contribute to an error of 1sec . error =n×108=1n=108
after 108 seconds we need to correct the clock again! Time =108 seconds =1083600×24×365 years =3.17 years.
