The correct option is C 1 p.m.
The clock is set correct on the 1st day. In the next 3 days, the clock loses
20 x 3 = 60 minutes.

We are also given, the time on the clock on the 4th day is 12 noon.

At 12 noon, the actual time = 12 noon + 1 hour = 1 p.m.

Hence, exactly 72 hours passed and therefore, the actual time is 1 p.m.
