Diagmeter of closed cylinder =14 m

$\therefore$ Radius $=\frac{14}{2}=7m$

Height =5 m

$\therefore$ Total surface area of closed cylinder

$=2\pi rh+2\pi r^2$

$=2\pi r(h+r)$

$=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 7\times (5+7)m^2$

$=44\times 12=528m^2$
