The correct option is D 64.6 cm

Pressure on both sides of the piston will be the same throughout [for equilibrium of piston]
We know that for a constant pressure, VT=constant
V1T1=V2T2
A1l1273+100=A2l2(273+0) ....(1)
Cross sectional area will be same.

As the piston moves by 5 cm, the length of one side will be (l2+5) and the other side (l25) as shown in the figure.
On using this in (1), we get
l2+5373=l25273 [A1=A2]
373×l2273×l2=(273+373)5
100×l2=3230
l=64.6 cm
Thus, option (d) is the correct answer.
