Magnetic flux linked with coil is ( taking area (S) in same direction as (B) hence cosθ=cos0=1),
ϕ=BScosθ=BS
Rate of change of flux is:
ΔϕΔt=S(ΔBΔt)
S=10×104 m2
ΔϕΔt=100×(10)4×(00.10.10)
ΔϕΔt=102 weber/s ...(i)
From Faraday's law:
ε=N(ΔϕΔt) ...(ii)
ε=500×(102)
ε=5 V
