The correct option is C 8 Wb
When the plane of coil is perpendicular to the magnetic field, the angle between area A and field B is 0.

The flux linked with coil,
ϕ1=NBAcos0=NBA

When the coil is turned through 90, the flux linked,
ϕ2=NBAcos(90)=0

Change in flux Δϕ=ϕ2ϕ1=NBA

Δϕ=1000×0.2×400×104=8 Wb

Hence, option (C) is the correct answer.
