$t=10$ minute = $10\times 60=600$ sec

energy E = W = $I^{2}Rt$

= $\left(2\right)2\times 4.2\times 600$ Joule

But $W=JQ$

$\therefore Q=H=\frac{W}{J}=\frac{(2{)}^2\times 4.2\times 600}{4.2}cal$

= $2400cal$
