How will you use staff evaluation as a tool in order to help teachers and support staff develop new competencies and motivate them?
Student's Discipline:
What is your philosophy of discipline?
What students' outcomes do you expect from a school's discipline plan?
Academic Excellence:
As the Principal, how could you create a culture of academic excellence in a school?
Briefly describe current curriculum developments at the middle school level that you are excited about.
Extra Curricular Activities:
What extra curricular activities would you like to be involved in?
Recently, changes were made in the athletic program to address systemic issues in the athletic programs. What specifically would you do to take this new approach to a higher level?
