$K_{min}=\sqrt{\frac{I_{min}}{A}}=\sqrt{\frac{\frac{1}{12}\times (10{)}^3\times 20\times {10}^{-12}}{10\times 20\times {10}^{-6}}}$
$=2.88\times {10}^{-3}m$
Slenderness ratio $=\frac{1}{2.88\times {10}^{-3}}=347.22\approx 346$
