Half-yearly dividend=6%

Number of shares=175

Step 2: Calculate yearly dividend:
Rate of yearly dividend=2×6=12%.
Yearlydividend=numberofshares×facevalue×rateofdevidend=175x25x12100=Rs.525

Yearlydividend=Rs.525

Hence, the person will receive the amount of Rs.525 as yearly dividend.
