$\Rightarrow \left(r\right)=\frac{14cm}{2}=7cm$

Height of cylindrical container $\left(h\right)=20cm$

Since, the label is placed $2cm$ from top and bottom.

$\Rightarrow$ height of the cylinder covered by lable $\left(h_1\right)=20cm-(2cm+2cm)$

$\Rightarrow h_1=16cm$

Surface area of the Lable $=2\times \pi \times r\times h_1$

$=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 7cm\times 16cm$

$=2\times 22\times 16c{m}^2$
