Consider the free body diagrams
${\delta }_B=\frac{w{b}^4}{8EI}+\frac{\left(2P/3\right)b^3}{3EI}=\frac{w{b}^4}{8EI}+\frac{P{b}^3}{4.5EI}$

$\therefore M=8,N=4.5$

$\therefore M+N=8+4.5=12.5$
