For finding empirical formula, follow these steps:
Step 1: Convert percentage into mass (example: 70% is 70 g)
Step 2: Find number of moles of each compound
Step 3: Find their ratios

Here, mass of Zn=47.8 g
So, moles of Zn=47.8 g65.5 g=0.72

Also, mass of Cl=52.2 g
So, moles of Zn=52.2 g35.5 g=1.47
