The correct option is C Iron
The compound is FeCl3 which is soluble in water and forms brown precipitate of Fe(OH)3

FeCl3(aq)+3NH4OH(aq)Fe(OH)3+3NH4Cl

The brown precipitate again converts into FeCl3 on addition of dil HCl which again get solubilized.

Fe(OH)3+3HClFeCl3+H2O
