Solution

The correct option is D B2H6,B3N3H6
As per the equation,

X+NH3Y
(Inorganic benzene)

And

BF3+LiAlH4X

One needs to find X and Y

Y is inorganic benzene also known as borazine having formula B3N3H6.

It is called inorganic benzene because it has a similar structure like benzene and it is not organic in nature.

So Y is B3N3H6.

Borazine / inorganic benzene can be produced by reacting NH3 with diborane B2H6

3B2H6+6NH32B3N3H6+12H2

X=B2H6 Y=B3N3H6

Also, to confirm X=B2H6 , one can use the second reaction

4BF3+4LiAlH42B2H6+3LiF+3AlF3

Thus, it is one of the preparation method of diborane by treating boron trifluoride with LiAlH4 in diethyl ether.
