Given,
Refractive index of water, μw=1.33
Refractive index of glass slab, μg=1.5

Since the water is placed inside the glass slab, so we can say that
​​​the RI of surrounding, (μg=1.5) > RI of lens (water) (μw=1.33).

Therefore the concave lens shall behave like a convex lens.
