Concave and convex mirrors can be differentiated by magnification. As magnification of both mirrors are different at different positions of objects on +ve magnification in some cases and other has -ve magnification


but these two can also be distinguished by convergence and divergent property as convex mirror is more divergent whereas concave mirror is more convergent.
