  2. The index finger indicates the direction of the magnetic field.
  3. The middle finger indicates the direction of the current.

  1. The magnetic field is inwards(× is the sign convention for the inward magnetic field).
  2. The motion of the loop is towards the right side.
  3. According to the right-hand rule, the direction of the current comes out to be clockwise.
  4. Charge flows in the opposite direction of the current and it flows from the negative to the positive plate.

Therefore plate A would be positive.
