Area of the loop (A)=10×104 m2

B=2sin100t

θ=60

Flux linked with the loop:

ϕ=BAcosθ

ϕ=2sin100t×10×104×cos60

ϕ=103sin100t

For maximum flux, sin100t=1

ϕmax=103 Wb=1 mWb

Hence, option (c) is the correct answer.
