Given
potential of radius 1m sphere is 10V
potential of radius 2m sphere is 10V
We know that
V=KQR
Putting all value in above equation
10=KQ1KQ=10
potential at outer sphere is sum of both sphere potential When both sphere connected by wire.
Potential of another sphere=KQR=102=5V
Sum=10+5=15V

Correct option is B
