A conductor has potential difference of 220volt across its ends. Whether current flows through it due to this potential difference?

Dear Student,
Whenever there is voltage associated with a conductor, it shows that a current is also flowing through it.
So a potential difference of 220V follows a current also, which will be flowing from higher potential to lower potential.
