The correct option is A (2+1):3:4
Surface area of cone=πr2+πrl

=πr2+πrr2+r2=πr2+2π

=(2+1)πr2 .........(1)

S.A of hemisphere=2πr2+πr2=3πr2 .......(2)

S.A of cylinder=2πrh+2πr2=2πr2+2πr2

=4πr2 .........(3)

Rate=(2+1):3:4.
