The correct option is A h=1.89 cm

We know that,
Volume of a cone
=13πR2H

Let the height of the smaller cone be h cm.

Now,
Volume of initial cone
= Volume of all smaller cones formed

13πR2H=13πr2h×10

13×227×(2.1)2×8.4

= 13 ×227×(1.4)2×h×10

h=2.1×2.1×8.41.4×1.4×10

h=1.89 cm

Hence, the height of the smaller cones formed is 1.89 cm.
