Initial carbonated water quantity = 5 L 500 mL

Quantity sold on first day = 2 L 200 mL

Quantity sold on second day = 3 L 300 mL

Here, 'sold' signifies subtraction.

As addition and subtraction operations have same level of priority, we start from the left.
