The pressure exerted by a liquid depends on the depth of the liquid.
  • As the depth increases, the pressure also increases. Also pressure exerted at a particular level is always the same.
  • Pressure at the hole A and B are equal and pressure at the hole C is less than A and B but greater than hole D.
  • The fountain coming out from the hole having maximum pressure will cover more distance.
