Finding the number of containers by division

The total capacity of a container $=$ $5\mathrm{litre}500\mathrm{ml}$

So, it becomes $5000\mathrm{ml}+500\mathrm{ml}=5500\mathrm{ml}$ $[\because 1\mathrm{litre}=1000\mathrm{ml}]$

Poured into another container of capacity $=$ $25ml$

So, number the of such containers would be $=$ $5500÷25$

$$\begin{gathered} =\frac{5500}{25} \\ =220 \end{gathered}$$

Hence, there are $220$ containers required.
