Capacity of container $= \frac{1}{3} π h (R^{2} + r^{2} + R r)$
$= \frac{1}{3} \times \frac{22}{7} \times 24 (20^{2} + 8^{2} + 20 \times 8)$
$= \frac{176}{7} \times 624 = 15689.14 c m^{3}$
$= 15.68914 ℓ$
Cost of milk=Rs. $(15.68914 \times 21) \approx$ $R s .$ $329.47$
