The mass of empty container is 50 gm, and the mass of container after a certain of density is filled is 100 gm.
Mass of that substance which is filled =(10050) gm=50 gm
The given density of the substance filled in container is 25gm/dm3 ans the mass of that substance is 50gm.
As we know that,
density=massvolume
volume of the container=massdensity=5025=2 dm3
Hence the volume of the containe is 2dm3.
