Pressure = $\frac{2 T}{R} = s g h$
$\frac{2 \times 75 \times 10^{- 3}}{0.1 \times 10^{- 3}} = 10^{3} \times 10 \times h$
$1500 = 10^{4} h$
$h = 0.15 m = 15 c m$
