Given:
For convex mirror,
focal length (f)=10 cm; AB=5 cm.

For point A :

f=10 cm; u=25 cm; v=vA

using mirror formula,

1v+1u=1f

1vA125=110

1vA=110+125=750

vA=507 cm

Similarly, for point B :

f=10 cm; u=30 cm; v=vB

1vB130=1101vB=130+110=430

vB=304=152 cm

Length of the image =vBvA=152507=10510014

vBvA=514=0.36 cm.

Hence, option (b) is the correct answer.
