The correct option is A Copper rod
Initially, all the materials have the same charge. When brought in contact with a neutral body, there is a potential difference between them and the neutral body. Copper rod being a good conductor of electricity, will quickly start losing charge to the neutral body. Materials such as plastics, wood and balloons cannot discharge their excessive charge effectively because electrons cannot flow easily off their surface.
