$a^{2} = 121$
$\Rightarrow a = 11$
$L = 4 a = 44$
Given $2 π r = 44$
$\Rightarrow 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times r = 44$
$∴ r = 7$
Area $= A = π \times 49 = 49 π c m^{2}$
$= 49 \times \frac{22}{7}$
$A = 154 c m^{2}$
