For a better look, each one moves at 90 angle thrice with the lady moving in the clockwise direction and the husband in the anticlockwise direction. What will be their positions now with respect to each other as reflected in the mirror?

The correct option is D Face to face
Clockwise: CW and Anti clockwise: ACW
By moving 270 degrees in CW/ ACW direction, the person effectively moves 90 degrees in ACW/CW direction respectively.
Hence both of them are now facing each other.
