Average force exerted by bat is rate of change of momentum of the ball.
Change in momentum of ball is ΔP=m(vu)
ΔP=0.15×(20(12))=(0.15)(32) kg ms1
So, average force is F=ΔPΔt=150×321000×0.01=480N
