This is a simple monohybrid cross. Terminal flowers is the dominant and axial flowers is a recessive trait. Out of 1240 F2 progeny, plants producing axial flowers and terminal flowers will be obtained in 3:1 ratio. Hence plants with terminal flowers =1240×14=310
