It is the ratio of the length of the effort arm to the load arm.

Velocity ratio = effortarmloadarm

2. Solution:

Given that,

length of the crowbar = 2m

length of the load arm = 0.1m

length of the effort arm = 2.0- 0.1 =1.9m

Velocity ratio = effortarmloadarm= 1.90.1 = 19

3. Conclusion:

Hence, the velocity ratio is 19.
