The correct option is A 14
Upward acceleration will cause the effective acceleration due to gravity to increase due to downward pseudo force on the block. i.e geff=g=(g+a)

Condition for floating of body:
Fb=mg
Vfρfg=Vbρbg ...(i)
where, Vf volume of fluid displaced
and Vf=volume of immersed portion of cube

In case of system accelerating upwards, replacing gg in Eq.(i) will cancel out term g from both sides.
Vfρf=Vbρb
Hence it will not have any effect on the immersed volume of cube. 14th part will be the immersed portion.
