Torque about Centre of mass is zero for both gravitational force and external force as they are passing through centre of mass. Also, torque due tnormal force will pass through centre of mass as there is no tendancy of normal shift as external force is passing through cente of mass and body is uniform.Therefore net torque acting on body is zero.So, body will not topple irrespective of force applied.
