The correct option is D ₹178.4

Length of the side of the box (a) = 2m

Hence, Total Surface Area of the box =6a2

=6×22

=24m2

Area of circular holes = Number of holes × Area of one circular hole =4×πr2

=4×22/7×/710×710

= 616100=6.16m2

So, area to be painted

= 24 – 6.16

= 17.84m2

Hence cost of painting = 10 × 17.84

= ₹178.4
