Given,
TSA=80m²
=>2(lb+bh+lh)=80m²
=>lb+bh+lh=40m²..................(1)
LSA=26m²
=>2h(l+b)=26m²
=>h(l+b)=13m²
=>lh+bh=13m²..........................(2)
substitute (2) in (1)
=>lb+13=40m²
=>lb=27m²
area=lb=27m²
